INTRO! REFORMER

We recommend you take up to 10 INTRO! classes before progressing to the next level but you trainer will advise you.

REFORM! MAT
ALL ABILITIES-60 minutes
This workout is an exhilarating 60 minute session and has a mat pilates vibe like no other! Led by a professional dancer, you will be guided skillfully through a full body Pilates workout fusing classical techniques alongside strength and mobility that will target the muscles deeply and get serious results!

HOT YOGA FLOW
ALL ABILITIES- 60 minutes
Move, breathe and SWEAT! it out in this enegising hot yoga flow set at 40 degrees infrared heat. This dynamic class links powerful yoga postures and mindful breath, helping you build strength, flexibilty and focus while working deep within the body. The infrared heat supports muscle warm up, mobility and recovery leaving you feeling lighter, stronger and deeply reset.

FAQS
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely (and to sweat!) Usually a vest or sports top
and shorts or leggings. While you should be comfortable, tops should be close-fitting enough for you
to be able to monitor and correct your posture/alignment during exercises. We also ask you to wear
grip socks for Pilates.
Yes, we have a limited number of spaces so all classes need to be booked on our website in advance.
All equipment including mats is provided. Please bring grip socks and a large bottle of water!
All mats are provided. You can bring your own towel!
We recommend drinking lots of water prior to your class! Drinking electrolytes can also be beneficial during the class especially if you have previously trained that day or are new to the practice.
We recommend that you do not eat 1-2 hours prior to the class.
Yes, we have excellent male and female shower facilities. We ask that you keep showers brief to allow others to access
We accept cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the class starting. If you cancel providing less than 24 hours notice you will not be refunded for the class.
Pilates can be done by anyone, of any age, exercise history or ability so everyone is made welcome!
We recommend attending on a regular basis to maximise the benefits and see progress in strength, posture, muscle tone and mobility. We recommend 2-3 sessions a week for those wanting to achieve faster results!
