Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely (and to sweat!) Usually a vest or sports top
and shorts or leggings. While you should be comfortable, tops should be close-fitting enough for you
to be able to monitor and correct your posture/alignment during exercises. We also ask you to wear
grip socks for Pilates.

Yes, we have a limited number of spaces so all classes need to be booked on our website in advance. 

All equipment including mats is provided. Please bring grip socks and a large bottle of water!

All mats are provided. You can bring your own towel!

We recommend drinking lots of water prior to your class! Drinking electrolytes can also be beneficial during the class especially if you have previously trained that day or are new to the practice.

We recommend that you do not eat 1-2 hours prior to the class. 

Yes, we have excellent male and female shower facilities. We ask that you keep showers brief to allow others to access

We accept cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the class starting. If you cancel providing less than 24 hours notice you will not be refunded for the class.

Pilates can be done by anyone, of any age, exercise history or ability so everyone is made welcome!

We recommend attending on a regular basis to maximise the benefits and see progress in strength, posture, muscle tone and mobility. We recommend 2-3 sessions a week for those wanting to achieve faster results!
